You guys have probably seen on Instagram that we moved (still in nyc just a new apartment)! It was a bit crazy moving with a newborn but we couldn’t be more happy in our new space. Our last apartment was really small and Atticus is such a busy body that I really wanted more room for him to run around. As soon as we got to our new apartment the first time Atticus and Chauncey were running laps around the apartment and running up and down the hallway, I seriously wanted to cry I was so happy seeing them so excited! So the stress was all worth it for that moment. We are still getting settled and organizing everything.. I forget how long it takes to actually get settled! But gosh I love our space and I cant wait to show you guys more of it. We have been loving all hanging out in the new playroom/Atticus’ room once doors get installed! So these pictures are kind of what our days look like.. only I am not always in a dress haha. I got this dress and by the time I could wear it I realized it was too cold out and so I figured what the heck ….. may as well wear it for a day of doing nothing at home right?? So normal. K not really but truly I would wear this dress like I would pajamas because it is SO soft and breastfeeding friendly. It also made me much more productive so I am considering throwing on comfy dresses like this more often. I love having my girl sleeping on me and watching my boy play. I am getting used to only having one arm and am slowly mastering small tasks that normally take two hands haha… like putting Atticus in his highchair or in and out of the tub etc. The more we go explore with two kiddos the easier it gets so I am hoping by the time we go on our first trip we will have this thing down! When David isn’t working he is tons of help and we can tackle both kiddos or he takes both and lets me (try) to sleep in. I am mainly struggling with the part where both of them need me at the same time – that is a bit stressful to me and I dont know who to help first ha but I am getting the hang of it. If any of you moms of two have advice or tips and tricks please do share! PS tomorrow (Monday) is mine and David’s anniversary! yay!
